The seats recline almost flat and the seat in front of you doesn't cramp you when it reclines. Incredibly thankful they kept air vents, when so many others are getting rid of them. Main Cabin passengers on long-haul international and certain US transcontinental flights are offered complimentary multi-course meals. |

A HUGE improvement over the unreconfigured , so make sure to check the type of plane prior to booking you biz ticket. No leg room whatsoever, no width, crammed in. A little noisy as close to the galley , so on the way back we chose business seats further back. Service was fine and attentive but the added noise of the galley made for a restless night. New business class is much better than BA, screens are large, great selection of movies, etc, USB and power ports close by, lots of spaces to store stuff, and noise cancelling headphones included if you don't want to carry your own. |
